Liam's First Trip Camping

This past weekend we took Liam camping! He was sooo good! He's really been such a good baby these past few months! It's GREAT! Sunday we took him to the Great Escape. Unfortunately there were no rides he could go on...he's too little :( But we were planning to have him go in the water park...but it was FREEZING!! He was really good the whole day...but he wasn't able to do anything but go on the train! That was exciting!! He was happy all day! Here are some pics from the weekend!

This is our friend Melissa and Rob's son Adam. He's 2 1/2 and expecting his little brother or sister in just a couple weeks!! Here he is getting some practice :) They were soo cute together!!

My Happy Baby!

Wow it's hard to believe in only a few weeks Liam will already be half a year old! Where has the time gone??? He's such a Happy Baby! We got sooo lucky with him! Dan said to me the other day in the car that he's nervous to have another baby.....Liam is just such a good baby, we're scared to think what the next baby will be like!?!? lol. Of course that won't be stopping us! It'll be a while, but there will be a brother or a sister for Liam!! For now we couldn't be happier with just him! Here are some pics I took of him this past week! He really enjoys his bebe pod these days! He LOVES sitting up, so I'm hoping this will help build good back muscles for him! That's what they say it does...so we'll see!! He likes to sit in the tub now and splash! Dan just bought me a Video Camera...I got it TODAY!! I was sooo excited when the Fed Ex man dropped it off! I've already got it charged and ready to go! So hopefully I'll be able to get some videos on here too....Of course you'll have to tell me how to do it Lenette...I'm clueless when it comes to this blog!! lol. I took Liam to visit my mother at work this week (she works at a dr's office) and I decided to weigh him and see.... yea he's a big boy alright, 18lbs 12oz!! That was with clothes on and a VERY wet diaper, but still he's definitely a healthy boy!! Looking at him he really doesn't seem this big, but he's SOLID!! He's quite the handful these days!! I'm not sure how long he is....but his 6 month dr appt is June 11th, so I'll update the stats then! He seems to be right on with gaining about 1lb every two weeks! To think he was only 6lbs at one point not too long ago!? It's CRAZY!

Can you tell!!

So I was looking at the pictures I've taken of Liam so far this month and can you tell he's teething?? lol. I thought it was hilarious, EVERY pic I have of him looks like this, fist,hand,fingers,thumb...ANYTHING he can get in there goes in!! So far he's got some bumps that look like his eye tooth is popping through. We'll see!! The pediatrician says they're all there and many look CLOSE! So probably VERY soon!!

Look what I found...

This morning I put Liam in his jumper so I could get the kitchen picked up and get some dishes done. When I finished them I came back into the livingroom to check on him and this is what I found. It was sooo funny...he was just sitting there looking at the wall! lol. I guess he's starting to figure out how to turn around in there...if only he realized what he was doing, so he could turn back around?! He's so funny! I just started letting him cry a bit to go down for a nap...he was wanting to eat before napping EVERY TIME!! I had to nip that in the butt RIGHT AWAY. So starting yesterday I let him cry for a bit. It took 20 minutes and he was OUT! Today I put him down for his nap and it only took 5 minutes!!! When I went into check on him, his blanket was RIGHT over his head! I wish I had gotten a pic of it, it was sooo cute!! He just LOVES his blanket!!

First Day BACK to work!

Monday I went back to work for my first FULL day away from Liam :( I missed him sooo much, but it went well!! Liam woke up at 8 (couldn't believe he slept in soo late!!) I fed him and got him dressed and dropped him off to Jeanie..his babysitter. She adores him!! She's been babysitting 17 years, so I definitely couldn't have picked anyone more experienced! She's Great with him! He napped good, didn't eat that much...but I'm sure that's because he couldn't be bothered with all the action going on. There are 4 other children there with him on Mondays... There are two boys that are 3 and there are two little girls about 2. Liam just LOVED watching the kids! I picked him up he was in a GREAT mood...and slept that night from 830pm to 4am!! I was sooo excited for him. To bad that didn't continue last night?? Oh well...hopefully he'll be sleeping through the night SOON!?!?! lol. He will go back to see Jeanie Friday...and the only other baby there will be a little girl who is just about 1! So that should be Fun for him!! :)

2 Wonderful YEARS!!

Today is our 2nd Year Anniversary! It's sooo hard to believe we've been married two years already, time just keeps FLYING by!! I'm so lucky to have such a wonderful family...Thanks to my amazing husband! He's so many things to me.... I just feel soo blessed! I am soo excited for what we have and what's to come for us!
