Meet Avery Camille Conrad!!

Our VERY GOOD Friends Kyle and Liz welcomed their second child into the world last Friday March 20th at 8:47pm! She was 8lbs 10 oz. and came out with a WONDERFUL set of lungs!! lol. She's such a GREAT addition to the Conrad Family!! They couldn't be happier!! Here are some pictures that were sent to me!

One Healthy Little Baby!

Kristin and Chuck had an ultrasound last week to find that there was only one baby! It's very common the doctor told them it's called "Invisible Twin Syndrome." Basically because my sister had her ultra sound so early (due to the pain she was having) they saw two babies. Now doing it again 3 weeks later...you didn't see the 2nd baby. Had she not gotten that first ultra sound you would have never knew! Either way it's still been hard on both my sister and Chuck. Please keep them in your prayers...I'm sure she'll always think of this baby and wonder what his or her twin would have looked like! However, she knows that God does things for a reason and they're BOTH very blessed to be having one VERY healthy baby!!

Baby VanAlphen has a heart beat of 140!! My guess is boy...btw! lol. He/She was looking VERY healthy and I posted a picture that my sister sent me. It's not the best...but you can see the little bean! What a CUTIE!! My sister goes back to the doctors in 3 more weeks...and I want to say she said they'd be doing YET ANOTHER ultrasound!! What a lucky duck to see her baby sooo much!! I'll keep you posted on how it goes...and probably post more pictures!

We're getting there!!

Dan and I are finally starting to feel like we're getting somewhere with our house situation! There is a woman that doesn't live far from us who is just IN LOVE with our house! She wants it REALLY bad!! She's in the process of getting the financing...so until then we're just trying to figure out all the details of what we'll do if she comes to us READY to buy it! She is MORE THAN WILLING to pay us EXACTLY what we're asking...so we really can't give this up! We've decided to start clearing out our property and start anything we can up till getting a construction loan. Dan won't be able to do TOO much because he will be going SOON hopefully for his back surgery! So until then it's just talk....in hopes that soon we'll be able to start putting our plan to action! We just want to be ready when that time comes! So we've decided that when we sell we're going to move in with Dan's parents. Hopefully not for too long... it'll be SO nice to live there and save up money etc, but we also don't want to over stay our welcome or impose on them for too long! So once we make the move we'll start actively trying to get the house up and ready! Dan's really hoping that we'll have it up THIS YEAR!! Wouldn't that be sooo exciting!! Gosh it's such a dream! As of right now this is what we're hoping to build....

It's exactly what we both want...which is VERY surprising! Now the hard part...if we can afford it!? Tim is in the process of finding that out! So I'll keep you posted...hopefully though, we can!

Until then...we are waiting on Dan's surgery date and plugging away making money! My Pampered Chef business is BIGGER than ever!! It's REALLY booming!! I am sooo happy I made the decision to do this! I just couldn't be happier!! It's been such an amazing opportunity for us! WE just can't say enough about it!

Liam is doing REALLY well!! Still going to Cathy's just about every day while we work. He just LOVES being there hanging out with Brayden! Cathy is just GREAT with him! He is soo happy when I drop him off, he blows me kisses and waves good bye to me! Then when I pick him up he cries when we leave! He's very happy there. Unfortunately I'm just not sure how "long" term it is? Cathy's got grandbaby #2 due any day now and soon I'm sure grandbaby #3 will be here too!! So she'll have her hands full that's for sure!

We'll see...you just never know what will happen!
