VACATION T minus 8 days!!!

Well we're off again this year for a week at the Ocean!! We've been going down every year except last year to Emerald Isle, North Carolina. There are typically 5 couples that have been going so it really doesn't cost us all that much! We rent a house right on the ocean...and lately since having the kids, we've been getting a house with a pool!! That's always nice too especially if the ocean is rough...which is always possible this time of the year with all the hurricanes! Here's a picture of this years house....

It has 10 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms!! Central air and heat, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, 4 color cable TVs, 2 DVD players, telephone, wireless high speed Internet access, ceiling fans throughout. Top floor cupolas with beautiful ocean views. Covered and open decks with porch furniture, outdoor grills, enclosed hot/cold outside showers. 50 ft. oceanfront dune deck with benches, covered gazebo. Cupola on top level with deck.

How AWESOME is that!!! I'm sooo psyched!!! This will be the first year we'll be bringing Liam! The last time we were there I was 30wks pregnant!! So it should be a BLAST!! We leave Saturday (9/5) night and drive straight through (14 hours or so). Check in Sunday and leave the following Saturday night!

I'm soooo excited because two years ago when we went down we found out that my cousins Beau and Lenette live only 30 minutes from where we stay! So it'll be soooo FUN to see them again! Not to mention my cousin Lenette is having a Pampered Chef party for me while I'm down there!! I am VERY excited for that too!!

Lots of excitement!! :) When we get back we have a VERY busy weekend and then only THREE WEEKS LATER!!!!!!! My nephew or neice is going to be born!! I'm sooooo excited for my sister and Chuck!! I can't believe my sister is going to have a family of FOUR!! How Awesome!

Liam in CLOTH!!

Here is a couple pictures of Liam in one of my favorite cloth diapers. This is a Happy Heiny One size pocket with snaps. It fits him pretty good! It's not my #1 favorite, but it's such a cute pattern!!

And here he is gardening...lolSo so far cloth diapering is going REALLY well!! I'm still doing it part time because we haven't built up a good stash yet! I do know now which ones I like and don't. I had two that I did decide to sell and really sold for almost exactly what I paid for them!! So that was totally worth it! The bumgenius were the ones I sold....although they're a great pocket diaper, the problem for us was that they were small for Liam. That particular brand does run small...in case anyone was wondering. For bigger kids, I definitely suggest Happy Heiny's and also Fuzzi Bunz. The Fuzzi Bunz you can adjust around the legs which is nice for chunkier leg babies, LIKE MINE!! he he!

When I grow up...I want to be a Pampered Chef Consultant!!

He he! I went to a show one time and a bunch of the girls were helping me and talking to each other. The girls were probably only like 10-11...but they were sooo cute. Talking to each other about how when they grow up they want to be PC Consultants! lol. I got such a kick out of it. At that point in time I never really thought being a PC Consultant would be something someone might want to be when they grew up. About three weeks ago I went to The Pampered Chef National Conference and my WHOLE out look changed! I can't even begin to explain how inspired I was EVERY day being there!! There were women giving testimonials about how they were on welfare trying to support their family as a single parent and then someone told them about this business opportunity! These women are sooo successful now! They are sooo proud to say when they grew up they became a PC Consultant! I got to thinking about it and when I came home I started sharing the opportunity with EVERYONE!!!

I have never seen an economy like where we are now. That doesn't say too much as I am only 25 but I feel sooo bad for people who are having such a hard time and have to spend money on daycare but bring home less just so they can have health benefits! I just feel like there are sooo many things out there today that prevent us from being able to spend more time with our families...and lets face it, this is where the joy is!! I've found such an amazing company to be a part of! I just can't explain the joy I get telling women...you can do this and stay home with your children! You won't have to pay a sitter, they'll get bonding time with Dad, and you'll bring home some GREAT money!! Not to mention the fun we have!! I always thought I'd be the kind of Mom who worked. I thought it was great for Liam to be at a sitter...which I still do! However, I miss being able to be home with him. I'm not saying I want to be home all day every day....but I KNOW it's because of Pampered Chef that I will be able to stay home more in the VERY near future!! My business is growing like RAPID FIRE! I'm sharing this opportunity with Mom's and many other women and men all over the place! It's just amazing!!

So this is what's new for me right now! I'm soooo busy with my business!! It's been such a blessing for me! If you know anyone who might need something like this...TELL THEM!! When I started I said I didn't want to tell anyone about it because I didn't want to be pushy or bug people...but now seeing how it can TOTALLY change your life...I have to and can't wait to share it with people EVERY day!!
